本報訊(xun) 鶯燕鬧(nao)春楊柳青,金龍報春春風暖(nuan)。1月20日下午2:30,集團2011年(nian)年(nian)終總結會在(zai)翔順(shun)花園酒店七樓會議(yi)室內隆(long)重(zhong)舉行,100多(duo)名公司管(guan)理人(ren)員參加會議(yi)。隨著會議(yi)的順(shun)利結束(shu),公司在(zai)2011年(nian)的畫(hua)卷上畫(hua)上了圓(yuan)滿的句號。
會(hui)上(shang),集(ji)團(tuan)辦公室(shi)、財務部(bu)、監察室(shi)三大部(bu)門負責人分別就(jiu)2011年度整個(ge)集(ji)團(tuan)的(de)辦公室(shi)、財務和(he)監察工作(zuo)作(zuo)匯報(bao)。緊接著由總(zong)裁崔健(jian)平作(zuo)集(ji)團(tuan)2011年工作(zuo)總(zong)結,同與會(hui)人員回(hui)顧了過去一年集(ji)團(tuan)取得(de)的(de)成績,并對2012年的(de)工作(zuo)進(jin)行了部(bu)署(shu)。
崔總(zong)(zong)總(zong)(zong)結說,2011年經營方面:集(ji)(ji)(ji)團營業(ye)收入比(bi)目(mu)標(biao)增加1.14億(yi)元(yuan)。利潤總(zong)(zong)額完成年度(du)目(mu)標(biao)的(de)132.9%,增長59.72%。全年上繳稅(shui)收達9千多(duo)萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan),比(bi)上年增加3千多(duo)萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan);管理(li)(li)(li)方面:1、集(ji)(ji)(ji)團圍繞“質(zhi)量提(ti)升(sheng)年”要(yao)求(qiu),建(jian)立了(le)內(nei)部(bu)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)機制,成立了(le)公(gong)司(si)內(nei)部(bu)自檢(jian)(jian)小(xiao)組(zu)和(he)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團聯檢(jian)(jian)組(zu),每(mei)月進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)評定,對(dui)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)的(de)情況(kuang)及時反饋,對(dui)不符合規范(fan)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)情況(kuang)督促(cu)其(qi)作(zuo)出限(xian)期(qi)整改,并將檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)評定成績(ji)與(yu)各單(dan)位自檢(jian)(jian)組(zu)成員的(de)業(ye)績(ji)工(gong)(gong)資進(jin)行(xing)掛鉤。通(tong)過檢(jian)(jian)查(cha),集(ji)(ji)(ji)團的(de)質(zhi)量管理(li)(li)(li)有(you)了(le)明顯(xian)的(de)提(ti)升(sheng),尤其(qi)是建(jian)筑公(gong)司(si)、花園酒店和(he)龍(long)山(shan)酒店進(jin)步(bu)(bu)明顯(xian)。2、2011年,集(ji)(ji)(ji)團通(tong)過單(dan)位預(yu)算(suan)控(kong)(kong)制與(yu)單(dan)位責任(ren)人掛鉤、財務人員把好預(yu)算(suan)管理(li)(li)(li)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制與(yu)監督工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、做好預(yu)算(suan)分析(xi)等措施加大(da)全面預(yu)算(suan)管理(li)(li)(li),為進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)(bu)提(ti)升(sheng)成本控(kong)(kong)制水平(ping)打下了(le)基礎。3、加強員工(gong)(gong)培訓(xun)力度(du)。通(tong)過各種(zhong)培訓(xun)渠道(dao),提(ti)高員工(gong)(gong)的(de)技能水平(ping),提(ti)升(sheng)員工(gong)(gong)整體(ti)(ti)素質(zhi);回報社(she)會(hui)(hui)方面:集(ji)(ji)(ji)團一(yi)如既往地(di)關(guan)注社(she)會(hui)(hui),積極資助困難群體(ti)(ti),支持新興縣的(de)公(gong)益事業(ye)。2011年,集(ji)(ji)(ji)團捐資3000萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)用(yong)于(yu)建(jian)設(she)翔順實驗學(xue)校,廣東“扶貧濟困日(ri)”捐資120萬(wan)(wan)及其(qi)他(ta)多(duo)種(zhong)渠道(dao)支持文化、教(jiao)育、體(ti)(ti)育事業(ye)及部(bu)隊建(jian)設(she)。
